Our Google Maps took us to the back of the building which looks like a logistics kind of place. I called our host Joseph who is a very polite and courteous man. He directed me over the phone to take the side road and come to the front of the building from where it was very easy for us to unload the car with a toddler buggy, bags etc.

We like the whole stay at the villa. It is clean and in order, the rooms have enough space and each has its own bathroom. The 4 sofa beds are very useful because we are a large group of friends. The kitchen is neat and tidy. It is complete of cookwares and cutlerys . Staffs are also welcoming and allowed us to enter the villa even if we came early before our check in. We also enjoyed kayaking and swimming in the pool, the water is warm and we were able to relax while dipping in it.

Everything was very very nice. The staff the cleanliness. In the reception on check in day Mr Medhat a very courteous and considerate receptionist received me, he is very attentive and clever and high cultured. The concierge was quick and very polite. Room servoce was quick and very attentive. Special thanks to one of them Mr. Montaser. The gym is marvelous. The spa is so joyable. The gym is excellent equipped with sophisticated equipments, all in a perfect working condition and Thanks to Mr Mohammad-Ali the gym and spa supervisor who gave us a detailed tour and received us very attentively. The swimimg pool is very clean and all staff around it including the pool bar and life guards are very nice and kind. The beach was extremely pleasant too. Not to forget the energetic pool DJ ! Oh I forgot to mention the breakfast. Excellent environment with a very clean and proffesional chefs and staff and tasty in every aspect. Very diverse for every different taste. The second day of my stay was my birthday and guess what? When I returned to my room from pool in the evening a beautiful birthday cake was waiting for me on the table as a sweet surprize for me!
