beautiful family run hotel in a peaceful corner of saranda. very modern and clean with the warmest welcome! public beach just a few steps down (watch the locals catch seafood in the morning). breakfast is hearty and plenty and the owners help you out with anything you need. happy I stayed here and will definitely return

All staff were excellent; friendly and attentive. Claudia on the front desk went above and beyond to accommodate, kindly facilitating a fast check out as we were running late for our ferry.

Although the hotel is a 15-20 walk of Sarande, we preferred it's location as it was a little quieter.

Great location with sea views and being at the port end of the promenade. Very clean and well run accommodation. A beautiful roof terrace on which a splendid breakfast is served. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Such a beautiful location, crystal clear waters, picture perfect, honestly felt I felt was in the Maldives. Room view was amazing to wake up to. Soo calm and peaceful.
You have to go down a steep path so something to think about if you have accessible issues but other than that I would definitely recommend booking cant wait to visit again.
Breakfast and lunch we had was tasty, breakfast was included, was simple options but really tasty and sufficient, the owners was also helpful and polite, missing this place already, don’t think twice about booking you won’t regret it
