Portsea Hotel central and a great venue for casual dining. We paid extra for a balcony which was a space but closed in overlooking air conditioning! Our bedroom window you could see a patch of water but had to leave curtains closed as patrons walked down some stairs and looked right into bedroom. I understand this was an old building and difficult to alter but it was not our promised balcony!

The location was perfect, the apartment was spacious and very well equipped . The view of the bay was fantastic from the large balcony. There were plenty of supplies provided , the granola was pretty nice. The apartment is located above the Lonnie fish and chip shop, very handy for dinner!! Thanks Richard.
