We stayed here for one night due to its proximity to the ferry but could have easily stayed longer. It was perfect for us, having a car. It was very quiet, so we slept well, and very nicely styled, with everything we needed. The bed was quite big and very comfortable.

This is one of the best properties I have had the pleasure to stay in. We booked the Grange Jacuzzi Suite and WOW. So much room - so much luxury and the outdoor spa underneath the sail was uniquely amazing. No details in the presentation and thoughtfulness went unnoticed.
This is much more than your average B&B. Exceptional hosts provided the most amazing country breakfast on the deck overlooking the pool. Margaret is the perfect host. She even called me the night before to make sure I had everything I needed on arrival.
Simply you won't find better accommodation on the Mornington Peninsula.
We will absolutely be returning guests!

Although initially disappointed with our caravan park as it had no ocean view I was later happy with location. It was short walk to foreshore and shops. Easy access to road leading to Sorrento.
Rye unfortunately does not have access to jetty as it is still under reconstruction.
Playground etc for kids, nice beach.
Heaps cafes of all nationality on highway opposite beach.
Driving from Sorrento where the ferry comes in along the coast was scenic.

There were many beaches to choose from for a quiet dip in the ocean. Not may dog friendly beaches and definitely not enough dog poop disposal bins. Rye is lovely for families, campers and younger people. My mother in law struggled with all the walking. Loved the hidden treasures and nature reserves.

Loved being close to the beach and also other sites within the peninsula. We went to the hot springs (great to go for the twilight session) and did a walk to Bushrangers Bay in Cape Shank. There are good places to eat in Rye and also close by.

Just Beautiful. Very Spacious and Well Appointed.
Just Beautiful. Very Spacious and Well Appointed. Better than we expected! Fabulous View! So very Happy with everything 🙂. Great access to Beach, Supermarket, Cafes & Restaraunts. Will be back 100%.
We really enjoyed our time at Rye Costal Getaway. Little things that made our stay more enjoyable with a family included the set up of the indoors, with 2 generous living areas, well set up kitchen (pots/ utensils/ etc) and outdoor space. Things like clothes washing powder, vacuum, pegs and dishwasher tablets also were helpful and made our stay easier. Ann was responsive, friendly and helpful to questions and providing information. The beds were clean and comfortable, and the house was like a home away from home.
The location is exceptional. Across the road from the playground, main beach and pier.
It’s located on top of restaurants on the main street of Rye so is walking distance to restaurants/cafes/shops and very convenient.
The property is spacious with a great kitchen and two living areas. Dinning room has a lovely view of the beach.
Self-contained 1br apartment behind/below the main house. Feels very private even when the owners were home. Exactly what we needed. Nice to have use of the garden, too (kiddo loved it). Decently equipped kitchen and spotlessly clean. It's only 20 mins walk to Rye beach, and there's a lovely cafe practically next door.
Very clean house with plenty of space and great facilities. The house had pretty much everything needed for an enjoyable multiple day stay. Great location, close to the beach and Rye town for shops and restaurants. The basketball ring and table tennis table was great for the kids!
Location of the apartment was close to where we wanted to go,
had designated parking, walking distance to local shops and Rye Pier.
Debbie at the front desk was very helpful and assisted us on new places we could go during our stay.
The house is so cute and lovely! And the staff is so kind, give me a lot of information of the ferry and the hot spring! Also helping me carry the luggage since there is no elevator. And the breakfast is really delicious 😍
large backyard, very comfortable house, has everything you need and more (it even has beach umbrella, chairs, bikes in shed for free use), great communication when questions were asked. Would definitely come back again!!
Our family loved everything about our stay here. Lovely home tucked away in the backstreets of Rye on beautiful Bunurong Country. Cosy, welcoming, and clean, with great WiFi and the great outdoors right out the window.
The room needs updating but was ok overall…. Needs new heating … shoes it’s age even though it looks like it has been partially renovated …. But…. Beds comfortable and clean and Rye is a tourist area not a cbd
Polite staff, clean room. It was our first time in a caravan. it was self-contained and adequate. Nothing fancy, but just as expected. The location was perfect, close to the beach and the main strip of Rye.
