The views from floor 21 are exceptional. The room was comfortable and clean. It had a wonderful whirlpool bath and a spacious shower. The 2 comfortable chairs in front of the window were a nice touch. The reception had lots of seating and a Starbucks. The location was good and convenient for the incline railway. If you want to go other places there is a shuttle bus that stops by TGI Fridays which is next door. We got a 2 day pass for the WeGo shuttle bus given to us at reception.

I’m a wheelchair user and the property and accessible room was excellent and all very accessible. On arrival, I was upgraded to a bigger room on the ground floor which was lovely of the staff. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The property is very clean and facilities are all in very good condition. The indoor pool has a ramp all the way to the poolside.
