I appreciated the complimentary water upon arrival in iur rooms, and any day, our room was cleaned as well as the complimentary treats and fruity water in the lobby. I also liked, that there is complimentary shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap in every bathroom! It's great to know that some items can be left T home. 1. Central Location. Just right outside Koln Hansaring Station, which is one stop away from Koln Central Station. Everything is near. Major attractions, Restaurants, Shopping Area, etc.
2. Big & Spacious room. This was my first experience having such a huge hotel room in Europe in this budget category.
3. I requested a Quiet Room but I was given a corner room at the 2nd floor very close to the streets & train. Surprisingly, the sound proofing is good and I didn't hear anything outside.
4. Staff is friendly and helpful beyond expectation.
