Small city with not much to do unless and until you...
Small city with not much to do unless and until you specifically have a purpose of visit. The locality and is quiet and hotel have free parking facility for those staying on board. Hotel is close to a small shopping mall and restaurants are easily accessible.

We stayed outside of the town centre and got a little lost...
We stayed outside of the town centre and got a little lost trying to find our hotel. However, we got lost in the town where there was a festival of sorts taking place. Being ‘lost’ we were unable to join in, but the town looked amazing. The locals were so ready to help us with directions too. Looks like a great place for a stay !

But, food was decent, and the local Wine (Well, you're in the heart of some of the Best Wine production in Northern Spain) was Excellent. Worth choosing to stop here for. Staff did their Best to accommodate my lack of Spanish (Google translate worked pretty well). - Thanks All. Car Park is large enough. Hotel is Clean. Huge bathroom with bath and double washbasins. Breakfast lovely and they cook you fresh bacon, eggs and omelettes on demand. All the staff lovely and spoke really good English.

(Which is early for most hotels anyway) Got a space in car park which is small for the size of hotel. It is really central.

The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The Parador restaurant is also delicious, with great local ingredients and dishes as well as typical Spanish ones too.
