Helpful and friendly staff, good shuttle bus service to airport every 30 minutes (which is why I booked it) and OK buffet breakfast. Meal at on site restaurant in evening was good value considering location of hotel.

The hotel is located relatively close to the airport and allows reaching Bilbao in a few minutes drive. I was positively surprised that the hotel be in a rather leafy surrounding, almost giving the impression of being located far away from urban areas. The room was very quiet. The hotel offers outdoor areas to have a drink or eat alfresco, even during rainy times. I was also positively surprised to realise that there is a restaurant at the hotel. Although I did not get to have diner here, the ambience looked very inviting.
