Really nice small town at the crossroads of St Ignatius and Compostel trails.
Several nice places to eat.
We used it as basé to travel for day trips to explore the region. For example, we visited a dinosaurus site and basque festivities.

It's a beautiful Village with the most precious beautiful Cathedral. The interior is amazing and an absolute must see to walk through and allowed to take photos.
There are quite a few Restaurants and bars but El Figon was "crème de la crème" in our opinion. Absolutely brilliant. The location ambience inside, the food the waiting staff attention, the Chef/Owner - fabulous. DO NOT miss out on having an evening here.

Navarette is a small town/village based around wine making and the Camino. Strong cafe culture and community spirit. Not over commercialised. Beautiful church that is a Camino points place. We come to Navarette to buy wine.

a very small town in the Rioja region, with a huge and very ornate cathedral. It is on the Pilgrims way, and we saw many of them with their backpacks. Many bars and restaurants offer a Pilgrims menu.at a very reasonable price. The cobbled streets are very picturesque, and everyone was friendly. our hotel owner recommended La Sala restaurant for dinner. A 3 course menu including wine and water for 17.95 euros..A very cheerful owner served us,while her husband mended the pipework under the bar!!! .. loudly!! nevertheless we enjoyed dinner.

The hotel is new and fantastic, it makes you disconnect from the city as soon as you pass through the gate. The room I stayed in was excellent, very spacious, clean, with a very comfortable bed and a beautiful view of the vineyards. Breakfast was very varied with fresh, quality products. I also used the room and bar service and it was a very satisfactory experience. All the staff were friendly and attentive, fulfilled all my requests!
Location in the old town was good and convenient for local restaurants and bars. The hotel is in an old building, therefore, but thoroughly modernised. The bedroom was spacious clean and comfortable although we needed to switch off the heating to stop the noise from the fan at night. The bathroom was spacious and clean. Nice helpful couple running the hotel.
We enjoyed walking around the beautiful grounds with vineyards nearby. We took a fabulous tour of the Montecillo Winery, which is less than 5 miles away. We had dinner at El Figon Del Duque in a 15th Century Wine Cellar in Navarrete, which was excellent. This is an old hotel which has been updated. The rooms are clean and comfortable.
The hotel is fairly new and so are the facilities and rooms; rooms and bathrooms are comfortably big and we had a nice view to the surrounding vineyards. The hotel bar offered good and comparatively cheap wines of the own wineries (almost until midnight) and some charcuterie as well as cheese (until abt 6pm on Sunday).
The property was located right on the Camino. Esperanza was wonderful. The rooms were delightful, and very clean and very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again. A La Sombra DEL Laurel was better than any hotel we stayed at this far On the Camino.
This was my second trip to Navarrete while walking the Camino. I came back because it was my favorite lodging. it is a charming small hotel. be sure to eat at the restaurant and see the building renovations from this restored ducal palace.
The hotel has so much history and is simple and beautiful! The staff were very nice, it was conveniently located and they provided laundry facilities and soap at no charge. Fantastic! It’s also right on the Camino!
Hotel Rey Sancho exceeded our expectations, the room was fantastic and the view was incredible. It was unfortunate the restaurant was closed the day we were here, but other than that we had a marvelous stay.
The hotel is funky and different. Each guest room is named after a different kind of grape since this is wine country. The hotel and rooms are nicely decorated with bright colours. The wifi worked well.
This is a small simple albergue right on the Camino. You check in with the hotel next door. We had a very comfortable double room with its own line outside the window. There is a small kitchen too.
Convenience, dog allowed, reception spoke English and large comfortable room. Plenty of space in the hotel and good outside space (with tables) for walking.
