This is a stunning oasis behind a solid metal wall—highly recommended! Although it didn’t look promising at first, I rang the doorbell and was immediately greeted by the owner. She ushered our car into private parking and secured the gate. She then showed us to a large fully-equipped apartment, on the ground level, beside a sparkling pool. I would have gone swimming if it had been warmer. Lush plantings, beautiful decor—everything was excellent. After asking what time we wanted breakfast, we were free to walk a short distance into the town center for dinner. Breakfast arrived the following morning on a cart brought to the apartment. Friendly owner, and although she didn’t speak much English, we figured it out. Don’t miss this one!
