This place is beautiful, there's clearly been a lot of thought and care with the decoration and homeliness of it. The little patio outside was also great, we had a rest there after our drive. The bed was comfy and there was parking immediately outside.

Located near the motorway. Easy to find. Hotel was extremely clean and comfortable. We only had home made Pizza and Rhum Babas in the bar area, but the dining room looked lovely. Staff very helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

The owner, Olivier, could not have been more welcoming and helpful. When we decided to stay an extra night he give us lots of information about the area and made great suggestions about where to visit. The village and the surrounding area are beautiful with plenty to do. The food in the restaurant was excellent, fresh and innovative and the menu changed daily. The bed was very comfortable. We will certainly go back to stay again.

Everything was just great. The premises are exceptional, just outside the village and yet very quiet. We went to sleep and woke up to the birds singing and the sound of the water… dreamy! The room was nice and big and the outdoor spaces ideal for relaxation. Martial and Eric are perfect hosts: they tend to your every need without being intrusive. We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to be back.

we stayed in huge Napoleon III suite with excellent view from the top of the hill. breakfast was very good (cheeses, hamon, baguets, croissants, eggs, tee/coffee/juice etc) hosts are very friendly and helped us with local restaurants property has big horse stables building converted into bar - it looks very authentic. first floor is used as a museum where visitors can take tours (for people who are staying it is free). we visited few chateaus and this is the biggest one, located in the small town
