Where to begin?! This house is very horrible.
Where to begin?! This house is very horrible. Very old furniture and the smell was very very bad. The house had a lot of issues! Very smal and unsafe, especially for children. The hosts were even worse; they stay at the same house and they tell u not to swim in the morning or evening. There were also cats in the house and some of us are allergic to cats. We left the house after one day because we couldnt take it anymore. The hosts are charging us the full price without any refund.
F this place!!! Hope they’ll get their karma!

It was the worse vacation ever.
It was the worse vacation ever. The host is really unfriendly and the house is dirty and unsafe. Nothing looks like the pictures you see on the website of booking.com. The house smells bad, the furniture is old and dirty. You have zero privacy, because she stays in the same house. She smokes all day and her pets are walking in and out of the house. So if you want a smoke and pet free vacation, you can forget it!

This property was very very clean.
This property was very very clean. It was everything as described. The apartment is small but very well equipped and organized. Did I mention that the apartment is very clean! Getting the key was no worry. The lockbox is inside the hallway at the base of the steps. The person in charge of this unit is very nice and always available.

It's a nice town on the edge of Lake Annecy, within easy distance of Annecy for a day trip. There are restaurants, take aways, supermarket. It's the start of the Col de Leschaux which is a great climb for beginners.
This studio was a great find. I was originally looking for a hotel in Annecy center but due to an international festival all hotels in Annecy were either sold out or very expensive. It turned out that staying in Sevrier was actually better. The studio is just a short walk away from the lake, the views are spectacular and it is far less crowded than Annecy which is an easy 15 mins bus ride away. The owner was kind enough to let me use one of his bikes and I had a great time riding along the lake's bike trail.
The newly renovated rooms were a highlight, featuring all the necessary amenities without any shortcomings. The cleanliness of the rooms and the entire hotel was impeccable. One of the most charming aspects was the stunning view of Lac D'Annecy, which added a serene beauty to the stay. Its location, not too far from the city, offered the perfect balance between accessibility and a peaceful retreat. Additionally, the availability of parking was a convenient plus.
to be honest, this is new experience for me to stay in place without AC and close to the lake of Annecy.
The place good in the winter but you need to sleep early because all the dark around you.
the lady was very nice.
the place is very occupied with all you need in the kitchen, even better than any hotel.
The location in Sévrier is excellent to visit Annecy and the lake
It was very quiet despite the road, and the bed was comfortable
The entry code business was a bit frustrating when we arrived, as we were tired. But by the following day we knew exactly how it worked and found it no problem at all
Pictures did not do the property justice! It was a fantastic hotel..fantastic location, great interiors, comfy nights sleep, delicious cocktails & the most amazing food! But the staff made the stay memorable and couldn’t do enough for us!!
The staff at the hotel were exceptional and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasurable, Emmanuel was incredible. Swimming pool and lounge area was really great with fantastic views.
The evening meal was truly exceptional and everything about the hotel was exactly what we wanted - except that we would have liked a room with a view of the lake - not avakilable.
it’s close to lake Annecy and an excellent beach at the lake. There’s free parking at the Hotel. Annecy is close and there are fine supermarkets a kilometre south of the road.
we love this hotel and this was not the first time we stayed at the Beauregard Hotel. Always stay in rooms 404, it is just perfect for the family with kids
The rooms were cosy and comfortable but what makes this hotel amazing is the stunning view of the mountains and the lake! Would recommend staying here.
