The room was lovely, small but had everything I needed. Was looking forward to my "full English" so was a little disappointed when I was offered a sandwich instead (I am not a morning bread person) and the breakfast service felt a little rushed. The evening staff were so polite, a credit to the hotel.

The staff were just so lovely, kind and accommodating. I needed another accommodation as the one I was in was booked up, so I could not stay in the room I was in and they they were so thoughtful of my situation, that they looked out for a cancellation and were successfully able move me to another accomodation.
