This latest visit is at least our third return visit. Enough said.
Improvements ? yes of course...... Underfloor heating great but the bathroom radiator did not work.
There seemed to be a blockage in the wash basin waste.
And of course those water filled potholes.
We shall return.

Warm and clean and a good shower.
Walking distance to airport.
Pub across the road.
Basic accommodation, but did the trick.

I was warmly greeted and shown to my room. The room is absolutely lovely. They provided many extras. I had Prosecco and an IPA waiting for me when I arrived. The bed is fabulous. The shower was good water pressure and very warm. The linens were very plush and towels huge. There was tea, coffee, hot chocolate provided. I ate dinner there and had a wonderful dining experience. Andrew fixed me a bag of food items for the early departure since I would miss breakfast. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. I would caution that if you’re a very light sleeper, there are some sounds that might wake you. The cars leaving might be the loudest but they are gone, but I was there when a very large dinner party was happening. I will definitely go there again. It was only a 10 minute drive (easy drive for an American) back to the car rental return. Then a bus to the airport.

Excellent place to stay for convenience to Bristol Airport which is a short distance away. Owners are very pleasant and helpful. Unit was spotlessly clean. Guests are able to park their car for their trip away at an extra cost and take a quick taxi trip to the airport. Highly recomended.

Redhill was very close to Bristol Airport which was ideal for an early flight. The rooms were comfortable, clean and with the added bonus of a kitchen which to our surprise was stocked with essentials - tea bags, milk etc
I would recommend Redhill and use it again myself.

We chose this accommodation for a 3 day stay for a family wedding occurring at Blagdon, 10 mins away. Seems to be billed as a stop off for the airport (and there were cars left here, in what is a securely gated complex) but it is so much more than that with the facilities on offer in the accommodation blocks. Easy access to Bath and Wells for our group on the day before the wedding. We had a meal at the George and Dragon one night and The Crown the next. Both had extremely friendly and accommodating staff with large, tasty, value for money meals. The Crown had a more extensive menu and a lovely garden seating so this one would be my first choice next time but this is not a slight on The George.
We found a lovely cafe in Barley Wood walled garden, only 7 minutes away. A little railway carriage in a beautiful setting and great coffee but only seasonal, open Thursday to Sunday.

The pictures shown are old pictures and do not replicate the rooms or place. It is now in need of a paint and clean everywhere. I was expecting a boutique country inn but got a very dirty, tired pub. Whilst sitting at the bar two couples asked for a refund on their rooms and were refused. Staff need training on how to deal with their customers as they were clueless.

This is a busy hotel and the nearest one to Bristol Airport.
This is a busy hotel and the nearest one to Bristol Airport. I was happy to pay the extra for the convenience. However it has the standards of a Budget Hotel with rooms that are very small and cramped but functional.
No problems booking in and the dining is again very busy and functional. The breakfast was free for me and was appreciated.
I did not like the fact that the car parking charge was a surprise but also expensive. It would have been cheaper to park in the Airport Car Parks.
What a refreshingly pleasant and easy experience! 10/10!!Only 1 minute drive from Silver Parking ( you can actually see the car park across the fields) so absolutely ideal for early morning or late night flights. The accomodation itself is faultless in every way. Immaculately clean, fresh, modern , light and airy. The bed was very comfortable and parking is directly outside your door. There is a lot of thought that has gone into the whole set up from beginning to end. Will definitely be our go to Bristol airport accomodation from now on!
I had an early flight the next day so decided to stay at the Hampton. This is a great hotel - yes, somewhat expensive at about $200, but worth it for the convenience and the amenities. Easy dining experience (order at bar and food delivered to table). Lots of sitting areas. The room was excellent, spacious, comfortable, quiet, good quality all around. Probably a 10 minute walk to the airport, especially as at the time I stayed (early October) there was a lot of construction requiring a circuitous path to the terminal.
Room was not bad, comfortable beds and a good size bathroom.
Downstairs the food and bar area was dismal.
Cushions missing off the benches, so it was just empty frames exposed and you couldn't sit down. The food was awful and it was like drinking in a library.
I know It's an airport Hotel but it would be nice if it had a better atmosphere for the start of your holiday!
No water in the rooms either, a basic need!
Since missing a flight due to motorway traffic a few years ago, we now always use this hotel to stay in before flying from Bristol Airport. We always get given the same room and it is always clean, comfortable and has everything we need, and is attractive too. It's modern and the location is absolutely perfect. You park right outside the room and it is exactly what you want from a quick pre-holiday pit stop.
Really comfortable beds, more than 1 tea and coffee provided which was great, great communication with the provider and right next to th airport parking we'd booked, although I later found out you can park at this hotel as well for your holiday. Nice little garden for some outdoor time for our small human as well.
It was very close, an 11 minute walk, to Bristol Airport. This was important as I had a very early flight. If anything I would have liked to have been informed that the drawer beneath the kettle contained breakfast cereal! I discovered it rather late! But I appreciated the presence of aforementioned cereal.
The staff were very friendly and carried our suitcase to the room. The bed was comfy. The food in the restaurant was nice and they keep a nice pint of real ale which was a pleasant surprise. The room was small but overall good value for money. Incredibly close to Bristol airport.
Very nice hotel. Booked last minute for business in Bristol. Can't fault the place. Good sized car park. Intercom for entry. Once in and walked from car park to hotel manager was there waiting to check me in. Very comfortable Very well equipped. Will consider again if needed.
Staff friendly, good location for what we wanted. We stayed here to explore chedder gorge and weston supermare and found it a good base, however if we were flying from Bristol and needed a hotel we would stay here too as its close to silver zone parking.
Everything.
Spacious sleeping are with comfy beds.
A lovely large kitchen area and the outside private decking was great.
The perfect setting to get our holiday started.... 7am flight at Bristol the following morning.
Great apartment for our stay with lots of space and comfortable. Breakfast was good and was provided in our room. Very helpful with transfers to and from the airport and a reasonable price. Would stay again.
The location was convenient for an early flight from Bristol airport. Parking was available during our holiday which was why we chose the book. A taxi to the airport from Darlington Arms cost £24 each way.
Room was very comfy, hotel nice had a meal of steak was really lovely. Got shuttle bus to airport early next morning. Staying here made our holiday start earlier. Would definitely stay here again
The hotel is located perfectly for Bristol Airport. Just a short 5-10min walk to the terminal. Comfy, clean room and really welcoming hosts. Would definitely use again.
