The staff were amazing! I arrived around 8:30pm with a very large dog who was treated greatly! By the time I was settled in the room with bags, I was a tad late to place a food order, the staff were very helpful and placed an order for me... So thank you very much to them and the kitchen staff as I had traveled for nearly 10 hours with just some snacks! Hotel was lovely, great parking, entrance and room was great for the night too with carpet and a good bathroom and shower.

Very convenient for the station, as we arrived and were to depart by train. Superb full English breakfast and friendly staff, Also very inexpensive.

Lovely central hotel. Clean and comfortable with that old dated twist.. loved it.
Clean spaces rooms with comfy beds.
Value for money. Breakfast was beautiful and plenty of it. Staff on shift were all very friendly.
Next time we are out again in Carlisle this is the hotel we will use again.
