Staff were very professional and friendly. Location was great just a short walk up a hill from the main strip in a quiet area. Also very close to most of the attractions in the area which is helpful if you want to reduce $$ on transport. The property were also very accomodating with our dates of stay given some unexpected circumstances.

Easy check in. Welcoming staff who were very friendly. Always smiling and very polite. Easy to find and close to the station. Better to take a Tuktuk as takes about 20 min walk and is up a hill. Has a lovely pool . Breakfast was amazing.

The manager I guess he is the owner of the property he ruined our trip. Pls don’t book in this property. Actually it’s not a hotel it’s a guest house or home stay. We reached the place around 6:15 pm, when we entered into the hotel the owner shouted at us for coming late because all his male staff’s will leave by 6pm so he ask us to carry the luggage me and my driver carry all our luggage’s the car been parked in the downstairs and the path is so steep. And he keep on talking till 8pm. We all exhausted by the time. He was keep on shouting at me that I have to reply his mails, I booked most of the hotels through booking.com none of them send me a mail. He is the only arrogant fellow asking why I dnt reply. I came for trip not to reply for his mail’s. I gave all my card details through booking.com no idea what’s his problem. It’s a nightmare staying in that property.

Im happy with my stay, excellent service . All the staff are very professional and friendly. Mr.Saliya was very welcoming and when he knew it was my birthday they arranged a very beautiful table with cake and candles . That was very sweet of them. Staff were very attentive and friendly. Breakfast was delicious, I really loved the freshly made juices. Shower is warm.
