The place was very unique. Simply one of the most outstanding places with much more freedom to spend your time. Staff is very helpful indeed. Sea view with sound of the waves and wind add up some aesthetic flavour to the enjoyment. Everything was fine for the budget and obviously with no worries.

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel thanks to friendly and helpful staff. However, some things should be improved especially if it’s positioned as 5 stars hotel on booking.com. The hotel does not provide the best option for 3 adults in one room, with extra third bed it’s still not really comfy. Facilities, beddings, towels are quite old and need to be refreshed.

Wonderful staff, warm welcome, very spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Had a great nights sleep as it was super quiet on the riverside. We loved the large bathroom overlooking the river. The breakfast had a great set menu of choices. Delicious waffles and pancakes. There are options to go to the beach, the pool, or go kayaking on the river. We played cricket with the staff sometimes which my son loved. Great place for the family to enjoy and relax before departing Sri Lanka.

A wonderful home within walking distance to the beach. The one bedroom apartment on the ground floor was spacious and clean. The food was excellent and the host was friendly. I highly recommend this place.
