The host was really nice to us. Arriving at the b&b was like coming home. When leaving/returning to the b&b the host was always up for a chat. When we left she even gave us some used books to help us with our studies. The room is big and the bed was comfortable. Everything was clean and the host showed that she really cares about hygiene. The b&b is located in a nice quiet part of Helmond. We were really satisfied with our visit, and we recommend this b&b!

Perhaps on a cold wet dull morning, add more hot type food for breakfast. Loved the use of bicycle, just have it serviced for safety. Loved the location. Liked the availability of the fridge. Enjoyed chatting to others in dining room. Helpfulness of host when clothing wet from rain.

This was our second stay in as many years at this hotel and found it even more enjoyable than last time. Staff was again very friendly, room 5 this time was better than room 6 last year, we can highly recommend dinner in the restaurant. Located right across from the lovely town park, with restaurants all around, quaint boutiques, pubs, shopping and even a vet all just steps away… perfect!
