Good location for what we were doing, had a free shuttle bus to and from airport. Staff sorted early check in for free, room was so clean and spacious. Provides good toiletries and has UK plugs in room. Had a smooth trip so very happy. Also has gym and games room ! Also they have a 24/7 shop with lots to choose from

We also had a very tasty and satisfying dinner at the hotel restaurant. We were in transit so only stayed one night, but the free shuttle service to/from Schiphol airport was excellent. I liked the possibility of walking to the end of a tram line that would take us directly into the Amsterdam city center but, unfortunately, we did not have time to do so on this trip.

The option for online check-in is useful, and we had an easy check-in and check-out process. We didn't have breakfast as we left very early. You can rent bikes which was lovely and the shuttle bus was very helpful. When it gets to the evening, you can’t easily get into the hotel as you either have to tap your room key or press a bell which I thought was excellent in terms of safety.
