Hotel staff all excellent. Room had a great view and the hotel is well situated for tourists and business travellers alike. Felt good value for the quality of the hotel and its facilities.

The breakfast looked great, but there was such a crush of people that it was impossible to get close to the food. There wasn’t enough seating so people were sitting in the hotel lounge and at the business desks.

The location is excellent, really close to the central station and main shopping area. Great cafes, bars and restaurants nearby too. Check-in was super easy and the staff were very friendly and attentive. Clean room with free toiletries. The bed was super comfortable and the room was warm even with cold temperatures outside! Definitely recommend!
