The breakfast was perfect for my family. The grounds were beautiful and just right traveling with a small dog.
It was always quiet and there was always a friendly attendant available. The security locks were easy to use, but made me feel secure. It was a very homey environment and a great size traveling with a teenager and a dog. It is a little gem.

Would come back in a heartbeat!! Newly built/renovated. Very large clean room. Not a luxurious room but very comfortable. Beds are very comfortable and that makes for a good night sleep! 3 queen beds, futon. Large counter with Microwave, coffee maker, kettle sink and bar fridge with freezer. Bring your own coffee. Bathroom with tub and hand held shower head. Soap, shampoo etc. Tv with shows the kids/teens seemed to like (not a tv watcher so didn't pay attention to what they offered). Air conditioning was nice and cold as it was VERY warm outside. Nice and quiet. Owner was very sweet and helpful.
Very nice town. We were there for a hockey tournament, but were able to visit the Falls and also the Canal. Beautiful area in the Fall with all the amenities you need for a great trip . Lots of fun things to do . Would love to come back again some day .

One of the best places we've stayed in years.
One of the best places we've stayed in years. I have never been in a hotel that was as clean as this one, even before Covid. Not a speck of dust or anything anywhere. Grounds are beautiful with pretty hanging flower baskets at every door. small gazebos around the grounds as well. Restaurants close by and distance to Niagra is 35 minutes. Cannot say enough wonderful things!!

Lockport is a very quaint place to be.
Lockport is a very quaint place to be. I thoroughly enjoyed the Canal Cruise, and the Lockport Cave Underground tour. The hotel we stayed at was not far from these two spots. Also, although we did not go there, Lockport is only a 20 minute drive to Niagara Falls. I would go back there again.

liked seeing the improvements in my old home town. wide waters area just beautiful, Reid's is still great, Lake Effect ice cream awesome, Lock 34 has great service and nice amenities. only bad thing was that there is no place to rent a bicycle, it would have been nice to see the town by bike.

this hotel is ok if its a last resort.
this hotel is ok if its a last resort. It is clean for the most part, but carpets are disgusting, pillows are horrible. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Noisy if you are on the first floor, can hear every noise from rooms above. many different shady characters walking about and around the building outside....
We were happy with the accommodations. Because we had two double beds, our room was a bit crowded. However, we had everything we needed, extra towels, a coffee maker with coffee, etc., fridge mw, ironing board & iron, hairdryer, tv, DVD player alarm clock. The owners were very friendly and willing to accommodate us in any way they could. My husband said the mattress he slept on was very comfortable. We came to Lockport for our granddaughter's wedding.
They’ve really done everything possible short of a complete remodel to make the place nice and comfortable: fresh, clean linens, big fluffy towels, USB chargers and convenient power strips, good free wifi, and plenty of different lighting choices. The bed was comfortable, the fridge was quiet, and there were two different heating choices. A fresh copy of the Lockport newspaper was delivered each day.
We were visiting family in Gasport / Lockport, so the location was ideal. Staff were welcoming and very helpful. Staying here felt like a very authentic American experience. The room was large and very quiet. Housekeeping staff were excellent. Lots of free parking outside the room. The hotel is close enough to walk to and along the Erie Canal, though there didn't seem to be many people walking!
This is a classic roadside motor hotel just like where grandma used ti bring me only more modern and updated including a microwave and a frige in the room. Nice ice machine with lots of. Ice and a soda vending machine with ice cold coke and diet coke. VERY CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE
I had extremely low expectations when I booked this place. I got it because it was cheap and close to Niagara Falls. I had no idea how nice of a place it would be! Very clean. Very nice. Good breakfast. It's located in such a cute little neighborhood. Really great place!
While I was hoping for eggs and sausage, most of the hotels I visited recently have scaled it back to toast and bagels, coffee and juices…, but this facility still had “make your own waffles, as well as toast, bagels, cereals, yogurt, and all the fixings.
Front desk staff rude about his feelings about dogs. Poor security at hotel-outside doors had no key access-just open all the time. Access poor-enter from front only. Furniture in bad shape. Room smelled. Towels dingey.. Bath fan loud and a nuisance
i really liked the hotel service staff location. room was really clean the bed was so comfortable breakfast kind of poor but still good. fitness center was really good and pool also not bad
generally i liked it. i highly recommended
We like everything about the Lockport Inn. This is a family owned facility and whenever we visit Lockport we will always stay here. The owners and his family are some of the nicest people we've ever met.
The hotel was perfectly design for vacation and business . The room was big and extremely convincent. The hotel serroundings, the public areas and the room was extremely clean !!!!
Breakfast selection quite poor, wafles and few smal things, but at least some fruits. Bed was unconfortable, hard, squicky. Location OK, price too high for such hotel.
This is a very clean hotel. The breakfast is good and the staff working there are really nice.
We didn't use the pool, so we can't really comment on that.
