Great Home Close to shops, FIT, Beaches, and Space X is a recently renovated vacation home in Melbourne where guests can make the most of the private beach area and garden.

It’s cozy, clean, beautiful, and a much better value than any hotel in the area. Our family played basketball in the backyard and watched movies in the living room at night. It was close to the beautiful downtown, beaches, and restaurants.

Villatel at Harbor Island Beach Club provides beachfront accommodations in Melbourne Beach.

Well our trip started out rough when we went to walk into the house (had the door code) we thought we were supposed to be at and another family was already in the house. They were eating dinner as we walked in on them. The house was literally right across the street from the beach. Contact was made with staff and was told we were supposed to be at a different address which was .7 miles from the beach. When we arrived at the second house, there was a ton of trash outside of the home and recked. The trash was not picked up until five days later on the last day of our stay. The home we initially booked was supposed to have a first floor bedroom and this home did not. This made things difficult for my elderly mother having to go up and down the stairs throughout the day. We were informed by the “pool boy” that our pool hadn’t been working for a few weeks due to the cloudy water. There was a drawer in the kitchen when you went to open it, it fell apart. There were ants throughout the kitchen / living room area.

This home had everything and more for what you need for your stay! Close to beach , stores and restaurants. Very quiet and loved sitting out on the back patio.

Good location for a wedding we were attending. Very good beds and pillows and amenities. The property was constantly in contact with us about anything we needed and gave us a late checkout which was very appreciated. A great location and felt very safe in the area.

    The most wonderful people are running this cutest, most comfortable inn. Our room was very clean and cosy, with a bubble bath, balcony, 2 TV' s, bathrobes and all you can wish. 3 course breafcast amazed me :). The place itself is near the coast. Bars and restaurants are walk away.

    This is a gem of a B&B that is close to the beach as well as to a lovely Steak & Lobster Restaurant. The room was clean, spacious and very cosy. Because the pool was heated, we could enjoy it early in the morning and after dark as well. The owners and staff were lovely and extremely helpful. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would love to come again, thanks so much for making this stay extraordinary and memorable!
