The view is excellent - you rarely see a beautiful landscape, waterside and roe deer 20 meters from the window at the same time. Elgol Bistro is highly recommended in Elgol - it is worth booking in advance. But the biggest surprise is Ruth, the host. She helped us feel comfortable from the first minute. The facilities of the accommodation are excellent, food and drinks are prepared. She invited us to the village evening, where we met a very cheerful and close-knit community. Thanks for everything!

The fridge, washing machine and stove top were great bonuses, and she added little amenities like hot water bottles and robes and slippers which made the place feel even more cozy. I just wish we could've extended our stay.
