Featuring quiet street views, Amberlea Cottages features accommodation with balcony, around 1.1 km from Hokitika Beach. It was 4 small family maintained units. We stayed only one night as were passing through to Queenstown. The hosts were very friendly. We left behind our son's bag. Sharyn (host) was kind enough to post it to our next destination. Great space for one or two people. Quiet, comfortable, warm even at the height of winter. Great amenities, and just an easy walk from the centre of town.

Situated in Lake Tekapo and only 44 km from Mt. Dobson, Flat Rock features accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. The property has garden views. This was a great place in Lake Tekapo. The community was quiet, the kitchen was fully equipped, the bathroom nice and had a wonderful hot shower with high pressure, and the beds were SO comfy and had a much-needed heated pad. We had a car so it was a 4-minute drive to Four Square grocery (where you can walk to the Tekapo waterfront), but we also walked, and it took about 20-25 minutes, so depending on what you'd prefer, it's still reasonably close for those without a car. One thing to note, but not necessarily a bad thing, they do have a washer, but only a drying rack. This didn't bother me, but just wanted to let others know. Overall the stay was very cozy and I would absolutely come back here.

The location and parking are very convenient. The apartment space and four rooms are very suitable for us. All the things in the kitchen are enough for us. Besides, the shower is very comfortable. We enjoy to stay here very much.

Outback on Broadway is a property located in Picton near Shelley Beach. This property offers access to a patio and free private parking. Was a flying stay.. arrived late .. left early. But the place is excellent. Very clean and all round good quality.

Located in Kaikoura in the Canterbury region, Deerbrooke Kaikōura Chalets - Chalet 1 has a garden. The chalet also provides free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. Such an amazing stay. The chalet is a little outside of the main town area which makes it really secluded and peaceful. We had such fun feeding the sheep and deer right next to our chalet!

Featuring air-conditioned accommodation with a heated pool, Country Retreats on Ranzau 1 is set in Nelson. This holiday home features a garden. Our unit was super clean, modern and the beds were comfortable. We liked the option of being able to take our dog, we decided not to this time though. Was thoughtful to have some drinks, chocolates, milk and biscuits ready for our arrival as well as some fresh eggs in the fridge. Having the use of the free washing machine and drier was fab.

Offering quiet street views, Country Cottage Rotorua is an accommodation set in Whakatahuri, 22 km from Tikitere - Hell's Gate Thermal Park and 26 km from Buried Village. Such a lovely place! Clean, well-furnished and comfy cottage. Quiet and peaceful environment away from the town centre yet conveniently near enough. Tracey and Colin are superb hosts, made us feel right at home, giving us useful tips on things to do and see. Wonderful to interact with their resident pets - dogs, chickens and horses. Highly recommended!!
