The assigned parking spot is very convenient and is right next to the pathway to the condo. The staff were wonderful to deal with for minor issues that came up and were very concerned that we enjoyed our stay. There is no central air conditioning, but the bedroom and living room each had rolling portable units which were adequate. It was nice to sit on the patio for our meals, and we had a keyhole view of the ocean. It was a one minute walk to the ocean front to watch the sunsets. There were thoughtful touches like good quality amenities and an insulated backpack for our food and drink during our daily adventures.
