One had aircon which was wonderful. We bought fans from the nearby supermarket for the other. They were needed as it was exceptionally hot 38 / 39C while we were there. The gites are modern and well set up with everything you need. There are washing machines available on site. The swimming pool is excellent, as was the play area for children. It is in a good location and it is an easy walk into town when it is cool. An excellent supermarket is two minutes drive away. All the delights of the area are within an easy drive. There were evening events if you wished to take part and a fabulous BBQ and disco once a week. They know how to party! The hosts/owners were very friendly and helpful.

My wife and I spent 9 nights, holidaying at the stunningly beautiful Chateau de la Selve. Our gite was extremely comfortable, tastefully presented, very well equipped and scrupulously clean. The expansive park-like grounds were delightful. A very tranquil and relaxing, well managed venue in which to unwind in comfortable accomodation, surrounded with unspoilt panoramic views. Nothing was too much trouble for the owners and staff, who were extremely welcoming and helpful. A wonderful holiday at Chateau de ka Selve. We would most certainly revisit a d highly recommend.

Marrie Antoinette is making you feel as you are a visitor to her house. Welcoming and so helpful with recommendations. Room was in great size and early check-in was possible. Breakfast is delicious with all the local products and delicacies. Also let’s not forget how gorgeous the Château is, you will feel like you are in a fairy tale.

It is a very short walk to the center of town, but once inside the gate, it feels like you are miles away from everything. It is so calm and peaceful and lovely. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was delicious, and our room made me feel like I was in a château.
