The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. The communal kitchen was well equipped.

The nearest beaches are Follonica and Castiglione della Pescaia. An excellent hospitality and a beautiful place surrounded by greenery. Great interiors. We had a late check in and early check out - even it was beyond reception working hours it was no problem to do all check-in by email. The manager offered to provide us a breakfast box waiting for us in a room because of our very early check out before standard breakfast hours. I really appreciate it. I wish I could stay there longer!

Staff were friendly. Good location - halfway between Florence and Pisa. We were able to do day trips to these locations. Still nestled away in Tuscan hills for quiet and peace. Things to be aware of - dirt road leading to the house. Would be difficult to access without a car. Some bugs and things in the room which would be expected for agrotourism. Overall not a major issue.

The surrounding garden was beautiful and the pool was perfect and clean. It is situated on a small hilltop and has a lovely typical tuscan view and tranquility. Last but not least the owners were always available and very friendly and helpful.

Perfectly clean, comfortable bed, great shower. Maria is a thoughtful and generous host, anticipating what we'd need after a long day of hiking on the Via Degli Dei. She had a variety of snacks and drinks available for very reasonable prices, and she arranged delivery of an excellent dinner from a nearby restaurant. Breakfast the next morning was delicious. Great stay!
