I love their breakfast. There’s grocery across the hotel. And you can leave your luggages in the lobby while waiting for the check in time.

The breakfast was excellent as appears to be the case with most American owned hotels outside of the US. They serve cooked food on real plates with real utensils instead of donuts and cereal served on styrofoam cups and plastic utensils that the same chains use in the US.

Located centrally in Astana right next to Abu Dhabi Plaza, within walking distance to Bayterek Monument and Botanical garden, not far from major sports stadiums, Sheraton Astana Hotel provides... Staff is terrific. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Food at Emilya is excellent.

One of the best hotel I have stayed through Booking.com. Excellent location, clean room, comfy bed. Extremely polite staff, especially front office staff Zhanerke and her Manager Timur. They upgraded my room once they came to know about my room “bed” issue. Because of my return flight departure timing changed, they even allowed a late check out free of cost. Excellent breakfast, all in all it was a great experience. Once again thank you Zhanerke and Timur for taking a great care of us.
