This hotel was awesome! It was perfect or even better for a family group. All the facilities were new, the bathroom was the best. You can enjoy hot water as much not like the other hotels in Ulaanbaatar👍👍

I don’t usually write reviews, but this hotel deserves every bit of praise. From the moment I stepped in, everything was perfect. The staff? Genuinely warm and attentive without feeling overbearing. They went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome. The check-in process was smooth and quick, which was a blessing after a long journey. The room? Spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. It’s clear they’ve put thought into the little details—plush bedding, great lighting, and even the smallest amenities felt luxurious. I especially appreciated how quiet it was; I slept better here than I do at home! Location-wise, it couldn’t have been more convenient. Close to everything I wanted to explore, but still felt like a peaceful retreat. Honestly, I kept waiting for something to go wrong—because nothing’s ever perfect, right?—but this place proved me wrong. It was flawless. I’ll definitely be back and will recommend it to everyone I know. If you’re considering this hotel, just book it. You won’t regret it.

Holiday Inn Ulaanbaatar is ideally situated in the Chingeltei district in Ulaanbaatar, 300 metres from Ulaanbaatar Opera House and 15 minutes' walk from Chinggis Khaan Square. We liked everything about the hotel: the room was immaculate, stylish and very quiet, and the staff were exceedingly polite and helpful. We'll definitely come back!

Hotel's location was centric, but a bit tricky to reach since I had to walk through small streets. The room was very spacious and the bed comfortable! The staff lady was very kind and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious! I wish I could have stayed longer!
