I was greeted by friendly staffs at the reception area. (Also the very nice welcome drink). The room was very roomy and spacious. Had a very cool features in the kitchen. My 4 nights stay was super worth it. Definitely highly recommended.

Situated in George Town, 2.8 km from Northam Beach, SAVV HOTEL features accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a shared lounge. Hotel went beyond what was expected. Early check-in, although never promised, was honoured as soon I made mention of my request when I had booked. Was out of local currency on a Sunday and was unable to pay a food bill in a nearby restaurant that did not accept credit cards. I explained the problem to the receptionist and was given cash (on trust without even signing for it). I paid the restaurant and settled the hotel later that day. All I can say is WOW! Customer experience is superb.

Fantastic room. Great bed. Great facilities. Rooftop pool and gym very good. Breakfast option but we ate out in the mornings. Kitchenette in the room meant we could also prepare our own food. Very good location with an easy walk into Bukit Bintang.

Brilliant location. Staff are very friendly (especially the housekeeper Binod!). Great buffet with broad options. We liked the pool on level 5, and spent most of our time there. Thank you.

Fabulous hotel where each guest is made feel special. The facilities are superb. It has the artsy touches of a boutique hotel a mere 10 mns by foot to KLCC Suria. What makes the hotel a notch above other (many) hotels in the area is the hotel staff. A particular thank you to Ripon at the pool lounge who provides an attentive yet not obstrusive service throughout the day.
