Clean, comfortable and good-sized room and bathroom, and centrally located. Next to the Jetty where the free CAT bus runs and Little India for good food. Iron and ironing board available at lobby (we asked and it was sent to the room 10 minutes later). Rooms were cleaned everyday. We didn’t need it so we declined it a couple of times but things like fresh towels, emptying bins, replacing toilet paper, changing bedding etc. were offered every day, and the cleaning staff member was very kind. Hotel staff were very nice and helpful.

The service at the hotel was absolutely first-class. Everything went smoothly, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel arranged transportation from the airport to the hotel for our employee, which made the arrival very easy and hassle-free. The breakfast was tasty and varied, with options to suit many preferences. There was also a shopping mall nearby, which made running errands easy and convenient – a great bonus for a business traveler. Based on our experience, we will book a room at this hotel again on our next trip to Kuala Lumpur. Highly recommended!

Set within 600 metres of Straits Chinese Jewelry Museum Malacca and 1.3 km of The Stadthuys, Liu Men Melaka - by Preference offers rooms in Melaka. Everything I like! Hospitality thumbs up since we arrived until left the hotel. Staff IKRAM, LULU, and Pak ASRI went out until the car left. They even helped to book a car to bus terminal. Property is amazing. Classic style, clean, bright, and worth its price. Location close to Masjid Kling (easy for muslims for pray) and two temples. Walking disantance to Jonker Street too. Highly recommended!
