Gana and Gani were too friendly and it was like a family environment in the hotel.

The natural scenery is incredibly beautiful, and it feels like you’re in the Swiss Alps. Amazing views. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The hotel had one of the best restaurants in Kosovo, where we enjoyed some of the most delicious food we’ve had in all of Kosovo. You should stay at least two or three days to truly enjoy the relaxation the hotel and nature there offer. We can’t wait to come back again

They answered my detailed questions via chat 24 hours a day. Since Uber is not available in this country, I thought I would have a hard time calling a taxi due to language issues, but thanks to them, I was able to stay without any problems at all.
