One of the best hotels I've stayed in. The bed was extremely comfy, ideal after a long day travelling! Breakfast was across the road in the Cafe owned by the hotel group, and the staff showed walked me across. Top service all round!

The natural scenery is incredibly beautiful, and it feels like you’re in the Swiss Alps. Amazing views. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The hotel had one of the best restaurants in Kosovo, where we enjoyed some of the most delicious food we’ve had in all of Kosovo. You should stay at least two or three days to truly enjoy the relaxation the hotel and nature there offer. We can’t wait to come back again

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel, the owner and staff were more than welcoming and nice, rooms and other facilities were spotless, outside was very cold but inside was 27 28°C. Breakfast was tasty. Safe and private parking. Location 3min by foot to main square. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby, and the local market is next to the hotel. Loving how they invest in new things at the hotel and keeping it modern and accessible for everyone. We definitely recommend everyone who needs a stay in Pristina to stay at this hotel.
