This was a horrific experience, the owner made us stay in a completely different property than we booked and refused to let us stay where we booked. It was horrific; we had no working shower and there was cockroaches in the property. The air conditioning was not working and there was no pool as advertised. We spoke to the owner on multiple occasions and he was so rude and would not help us at all.

Great accessibility to redtaurants and sea front. Ideal for some of the longer and more strenuous walks. Aris is the perfect host, helped with luggage and left bread and milk ss requested. Although flight was delayed and didn't arrive at Pissouri Image much later than antivipated, Aris was there to welcome. A great stay.

The host was very friendly. He allowed us to check in early and provided lots of helpful local tips.
The room was very comfortable with lots of little touches that add to the stay. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a Nepresso machine. The lounge area and the balcony are both great places to relax. Towels and sunbeds are provided if you want to spend time on the beach. The bathroom is small but works well and has everything you need.
The beach is very close by.

I liked the weather (obviously) and the close proximity to the beach. I also liked the fact that theirs British expats here who run a cafe/bar in the area which made conversations easier as I'm known to have a deep Scottish accent which a lot of people find hard to understand some times.

Pissouri is two places.
Pissouri is two places. The "Jetty" that is the bay -a great seaside location and I should imagine very busy in the peak summer months. Then there is the village on top of a hill above the coast. A traditional farming / viticulture village still with charm but a modern influence and 7-9 mins from the coast by a good road by car. Lots of stuff to visit in the area, mid point between Lemesos and Pafos (About 30 kms each way and close to the Western British SBA (Episkopi and Akrotiri)) Still has a bit of "How Cyprus used to be "

Even in late February there were places to eat in Pissouri village (and also in Pissouri Beach which is a separate community) and a small supermarket and bakery to meet basic needs, with a larger supermarket and fuel stations only a short drive away. Paphos airport was less than half an hour away. Pissouri is a location with easy access to the motorway and many interesting coastal and rural villages with fantastic walking opportunities and some marvellous undeveloped beaches.MikeUnited Kingdom - 8.0Scored 8.0

We stayed in Pissouri Bay which is an attractive village with some hotels, good beach and restaurants. Pissouri town is much older, has more history and is lovely, but 2 miles inland and up a hill. Both can be walked around, but a car is needed to go anywhere elseAAnonymous - 10Scored 10

Great traditional Cypriot village, beautiful bay, fantastic people, lovely restaurants, Pissouri is very local to other towns like Paphos and Limassol, Cyrpus roads are a joy to drive so easy to travel further, for instance to Nicossia and Ayia Napa, if you want to, this is a great little village.AAnonymous - 8.0Scored 8.0

Pissouri is a delightful place. It is more geared up to tourists these days but it isn’t over-commercialised, having said that it is probably more suited to young families and those who want a peaceful holiday. It is well located for exploring the whole island but you will DEFINITELY need a car. Pissouri is split into two areas. The original village is built on a hillside (amazing views and sunrises) and the newer tourist development is Pissouri Bay which as the name suggests is around the beach area. Accommodation is mainly villas and apartments to suit every taste and price bracket. The largest hotel is The Columbia which is large and on the beach. Very touristy place which is fine but prices were inflated which was very unfair for example, a coffee was 4 euro (you would usually pay around 2 euro in Limassol). The food was terrible - we ate at a place called Vrakas and it all must've come out of the freezer. Not the usual lovely Cypriot cuisine which you can get anywhere in Cyprus and for a lot less. The beach is also very rocky so hard to get in and out of the sea (unless you have special shoes) and I wouldn't recommend for kids.

Almost everything I needed was there in the apartment. Yiannos the owner has done a good job of making the apartment comfortable for his customers. Very responsive owner and his employee Lahiru is very responsive too. One of best places to stay in Pissouri. I will definitely stay here again. Thank Yiannos and Lahiru.

Pool area was hot in the AM and early afternoon which was great but the tree provided some much needed shade later in the in PM so the little one could stay in the pool longer. We had great fun up in the town square for Cyprus Night as well. The taxi was €10 up and well worth it for the vibe and the views.
