Only stayed one night, to have a resting day before heading back with the ferry the next day to Livorno. Staff and Reception welcome very friendly and helpful, room was given before check-in time. Thanks, this was a great bonus, although I was also offered to use the wellness area before check-in. Breakfast was good, more than you expect in Corsica.
I had dinner at the hotels restaurant, was nice,however for the price I expected a bit more. I choose the Risotto with prawn (gambas), chefs recommendation. A big portion of rice - not really risotto - and three prawns, not much value for money. Very nice and efficient service and ambiente.

Located 11 mi south of Bastia against a backdrop of lush plains and mountains, the hotel welcomes you in modern and cozy settings only 5 minutes from the airport.

So close to the airport! The property is beautiful, with color everywhere from beautiful flowers and plants. The front desk was helpful too! And the soaking tub was a luxury.
Located 2.5 mi from the beaches and the sea, Auberge les Oliviers offers a French restaurant which serves Corsican dishes and a bar. You can rest in the garden, next to the palm trees.
The location is perfect with direct access to the beach. The house has a nice garden and convenient parking close to the house. La Marana is a bit isolated though and unfortunately the nearby Epicerie / bakery was closed. The air-conditioning was most welcome. Bring repellent for the mozzies!
