Actually, I love here everything. The owner madame Dolly is an amazing and charming woman who help you with everything (especially women clothes shops recommendations ❤️). Very quiet, clean guesthouse in the center of Port Blair, at the best part of the city. 5 minutes walk to the sea. And really the most comfortable beds in all Andamans.
It's so nice to sit outside the room on the terrace.
I'm coming back here for sure.

Nice place to spend 2-3 days. you can cover the city in one day. Start your day early by visiting Ross island and doing water sports activities. You can be back by lunch time if not going to Northern bay. After lunch, you can go to museum and then in the evening go to cellular jail at around 4 PM. You can visit the jail in 1 hr and end your day by watching the light and sound show which starts at 5:30 PM. Don't forget to book you show ticket online in advance. It is not available offline.
Next day, you can move away from city towards chidiyatapu beach and take a resort nearby to relax. You can watch sunset at chidiyatapu beach. Plese reach there timely as the beach closes at 5 PM.

Port Blair isn't in itself that interesting.
Port Blair isn't in itself that interesting. But it is where the int. airport is. And it is the stepping stone to outer islands. What I like is there are so few foreign tourists in Port Blair - but then this actually applies for all of the Andamans. The tourists a mainly mainland Indians. I also liked that Port Blair wasn't bigger - but that off course is a matter of taste. It is fairly pleasant town. Fairly clean and safe. The people of Port Blair are polite and helpfull.

Great place for sightseeing, nice vibe, friendly locals and good food.
Tuk Tuks are a cost effective way of getting around.
The best food and service we had was in the Lalaji Restaurant, the breakfast was particularly good.
We didn’t like Corbin Cove which was litter strewn so would definitely avoid going there again.

Port Blair is fantastic place. we visited the cellular Jail that was heart touching after watching the laser show which said the story of freedom fighters. the beaches nearby were good. islands from Port Blair viz. Havelock (Radha Nagar beach ) Neil (elephant beach and Kala Pathar ) and Bhartang were superb. we can witness some tribes while travelling to Bhartang via forest area. photography and stopping at any place in the forest area is prohibited. Lime stone cave was excellent though the length was just 100 metes long. the dense mangrove trees were awesome to see. Natural bridge is one of the attractions in Neil Island. we could witness sunset at Radha Nagar beach

We liked the visit of Ross Island (a short boat trip and an e-buggy ride from the port to the lighthouse side of the island) and the Cellular jail. The city itself is pretty much the typical picture of Indian cities. A lot of (for us pretty chaotic) traffic, small shops along the streets with pretty unattractive facades during the day, but all neon-lighted during the evening. The first thing we noticed was that there are proper pedestrian corridors along the main roads (not blocked with all kind of stuff and not decorated with litter like we've seen in most of the other cities). The museums that were on our list as possible points of interest were unfortunately closed on Monday, the last day of our stay.
There are also several attractive beaches in less than an hour car drive from the city centre, but only one was open for swimming during our stay. The beaches are worth of admiration but of course you cannot expect to enjoy the natural beauty of these beaches alone, expect to be accompanied by numerous tourists coming to Andaman with 22 daily domestic flights (according to our taxi driver).
Location is amazing, Chidiyatapu has a great beach, and apparently a zoo located close by. Breakfast was OK - very basic - no choice. Staff is friendly. For some reason their main phone number was not reachable, though someone did connect back after a bunch of messages and we had a good resolution. This place is about 30mins from the airport, no network signals here except BSNL. The hotel has WiFi - its a bit clunky to use, but it works. A-la-carte food options were better.
The home stay krishna Residency - I can say we got the best of homestay, while we stayed here. The rooms are sufficiently large, other amenities well maintained and if someone is visiting Port Blair with a large group or family, it is best suited for them, too. Owner of this home stay listens to the guest's plans and gives his additions to improve guests' experience. So i highly recommend the visitor of port blair for staying here.
I liked the quaint old-world charm of the hotel.
The flooring, furniture and fittings were of very high quality and the place had the aura of aristocracy.
The members of staff were very polite and helpful and made sure that the stay was memorable.
The Swimming Pool was clean and welcoming and the food was quite good.
The Management should ensure that the beautiful Hotel is maintained in pristine condition.
It's a decent small stay kinda hotel in Port Blair. We checked in for a night as it was close to the airport and also had a great view. Check in was quick and easy, location was easy to get too
The sea facing rooms are the one to go for as you get a nice view. Its quite during the nights and feels great too keep the blinds open and sleep facing the sea.
The rooms was average and service was average too.
The owner welcomed us with a drink and was very warm. The best thing about this property was that they never asked for any kind of prepayment(True to what they had advertised in booking.com). Another good thing was they accepted card payment (not many hotels in Port Blair do that). They were also flexible to pack our breakfast as we had a morning flight to catch.
The property was absolutely spick and span, with clean, airy spaces, a porch with nice sitting arrangement; aesthetic and thoughtful decor and all useful information available unobtrusively. Excellent location and very helpful people. Excellent place and great value for money. would love to stay there whenever i go to Port Blair.
This property is good for short stay. Rooms are relatively small. Beds are too soft good for those who likes it. Since rates are very budget friendly and we didn't spend much time in hotel we were happy. The owner and staffs are super helpful and friendly.
We stayed here for a night after a holiday in Havelock Island and wanted to spend some time at Port Blair too. Superb location in Port Blair facing the sea, great view from the room. We had dinner in the restaurant, enjoyed the semi outdoor ambience.
Staff was very friendly!
We stayed for one night and had to catch a flight the next morning.
They ordered us a taxi to the airport and paid for it (complimentary), and also gave us a packed breakfast.
The hotel is in great central location.
A very clean place to stay. The view from the premium rooms is great. Conveniently located at a distance of five minutes from cellular jail. The staff is cooperative. Overall a very good hotel to stay in port blair
All the staffs and manager of De pebbles are so polite and the service they gave us was great. The room and lobby are all so cleaned and sanitized. One of the best hotel I must say in less budget .
Nice little hotel - a well maintained property and staff was courteous + helpful . Room tad overpriced but we had booked during the peak tourist season. Room size was tad smaller than expected.
