The location on 5th Ave is in a perfect place if you are there for that atmosphere. There are wonderful restaurants, shops and other services just outside the front door. Where the hotel is on 5th Ave is very lively and probably the best all-around part of the entire Avenue which stretches for at least 2+ miles. The hotel is pretty neat with the atrium full of plants and trees with all the rooms around it. The staff were all very kind. The front desk was staffed often by a man named Saul who was extra nice with easy directions and good suggestions. Room 32 is a decent size with 2 beds and a nice sized shower. A large closet with a safe for your valuables. The free breakfast is at a nearby Italian restaurant just a few steps outside and is an offering of fruits and coffee. Beautiful place to enjoy the quiet mornings. There is more available for a discounted price. However, there is a restaurant across the road called La Vagabunda that superb and quite inexpensive. I highly recommend!

Beautiful place to stay, it exceeded our expectations. The, rooms were clean with lots of space, nice bathrooms. The common areas were nice. The restaurants are order off the menu even if you are on the all inclusive package. Breakfast is a nice buffet with a fresh omelets station. Fantastic rooftop with a pool, live DJ, great view, cabana, bar and food. There is a gym and every morning there is free yoga on the rooftop at 9am, actually good yoga (not just resort yoga). We didn't get a chance to experience the spa, if you book direct you get a special offer (wish we knew ahead of time). The location was perfect, close to the main strip of shops and restaurants. Close to the beach. All in all it was a really great adults only resort. AND you can access their sister resorts which are beach front while still using your all inclusive.
