It was a great feeling to know we had a shuttle bus to take us from the airport to The Ramada. Staff very helpful with tourist info. We bought the breakfast buffett for the next morning. Absolutely magnificent breakfast. Staff very friendly. Going back to the Schipol airport train station only costs €5. We did our siteseeing and Happy days back to the Ramada on the free shuttle. This is the reason for us to choose the Ramada! Thank you

The hotel is located just next to the picturesque lake and the channel. It is a good place to spend the night at the quite affordable cost. There is a free parking which is convenient for those who travel by car. The staff was nice and polite. The room and the bathroom was clean and tidy. Thank you!

It was very clean and I liked the layout of the apartment. We had a kitchenette which was great. Also, received vouchers if cleaning was not needed. Spent these and saved money in the bar/starbucks on site.
All amenities were there to suit needs.
The guy that manages (I think) the bar (Starbucks side) is amazing and attentive to customers needs. The male staff in the bar side are very polite and friendly.
Shuttle bus facility to airport and back through out the day is amazing. Then you can hop on train into town. Easy and accessible.

Close to the airport, was there for a one-night stay, just to catch our flight the next day. The first room we got smelled like sewage, hence why we contacted the reception, received a new room, which was dirty, hence why we for the second time contacted the reception. This time we got a room that was okay. We also got hot chocolate as compensation, sadly the hot chocolate from the machine tasted absurdly bad, so we did not drink it. I liked the space of the room ,comfort of the bed bathtub big and clean, swimming pool and sauna , existence of a kettle and a choice of teas and some good shops near the hotel, the shuttle service- do not make money on it please, you will lose clients for future and existence of sports facilities nearby. The first visit we had a very early flight the next morning and the hotel helped us to arrange a taxi to pick us up (a party of 6) at 3AM. We had 2 separate rooms, a family room for four and a regular room. The second time we just had the family room. It is rare to find a hotel so close to Schiphol that has enough beds in one room for four people so that was nice. The shuttle bus to and from Schiphol was also convenient.EstherUnited States
