Carrolton is a very safe and clean place with basically nothing to do there. If you don't have a car, it is absolutely unlivable and I don't recommend staying there as there is no sidewalk at all in places, public transport is badly planned and doesn't suit the needs of a car-less traveler!DavidHungary
