I hate being treated poorly. Staff was abominable & rude.
As a health challenged person I want better access for parking/loading.
Room was fine, but really tight in critical areas.
Oddly, the writing desk was awesome! Quite large & well-lit.
Chairs were uncomfortable.
Bed was great

Room wouldn’t lock but didn’t realize till we had left for evening so our room could have been got into. Beds
Was terrible could feel springs. And pillows were like a smushed kids pillow. Chair at desk was broke if you sat at it and sat back it tipped all the way back and threw you back. Overall dirty.

I have been to Fairview Heights on several occasions and each time stayed in a different hotel. This visit and stay at Drury Inn and Suites was the best yet. Food was great and location was awesome. The food at Lotawachata Creek is the best. Getting around town was so easy, everything is so close to travel too.

Stay was May 20-25, 2021. This Drury Inn is very clean. The staff wore masks. I wore a mask even through I am fully vaccinated, as I go off 2 packed legs of a trip from New Jersey. In for a wake, funeral, and long visits with cousins. It became a celebration of her life.
I stayed here 4 years ago for a high school reunion, but it is even nicer now, as the front area had renovations. This area is not a destination in itself, but it is close enough to be a good choice for visits to St. Louis sites, some Illinois locations, and universities in the area. St. Clair Square Mall is close and there are plenty of restaurants within a reasonable distance. The hotel has an interesting in/out pool, which is open all year long! The front staff (Michelle, Kenyatta, Dawn) were very helpful as I was working on a family tree. As I was running late for the wake, they photocopied a few pages for me to hand out to close relatives. Friendly, efficient people, free afternoon "kick-back" time with beer, wine, cocktails. We'll stay here again.

The hotel’s location was perfect, right off the interstate. The room was clean with comfortable beds and amenities such as a microwave and refrigerator. The television channels offered were very good. And of course, the breakfast and dinner were very good. Thank you for the fresh popped popcorn every night, and a special thank you for not salting it.
All around best experience I have ever had in a hotel. I stayed a a week and did not have one complaint. The hotel is clean the room was big and well laid out. The staff was phenomenal! So friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was delicious. The staffing were great as well. The location was perfect because it's down the street from multiple restaurants. There also aren't any other companies close by the hotel.
Breakfast was typical of this type of hotel, not great, but adequate. Room was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities we look for - fridge, microwave, t.v.
The minute you walk in, the hotel smells fresh, like essential oils. The parking lot is huge with lots of parking for RVs or trailers and is in a quiet location.
I liked the room size and the customer service. I didn't try the breakfast but it looked like they had everything there for the traditional hotel breakfast.
