The Green Wood inn. Was not fresh.

The Green Wood inn. Was not fresh. They put me in a room that was being renovated. The entire 2nd floor was under renovation. Drywall dust in the air. Loud atmosphere from the construction workers. Had no running water for several hours. No warning or signs posted that the hotel was being renovated.. I asked to change rooms and was told no. The afternoon clerk/ assistant manager was rude with no quality of being in the customer service business...

If you offer free breakfast then stop the service but don't change the info on your website for 2 m I nths that's huge bait n switch. I'm reaching out to a lawyer since I had taken plenty of photos of the food area.

It is a dirty hotel . Dusty in the room . The tub drain was clogged. Not enough towels. Carpet stained in room and in hallways. Elevator floor was sticky. The breakfast was crap . The waffle make did not work well . No fresh fruit . The area for eating was dark . Went to Starbucks for coffee and a danish.

Nothing good to say about this place.

Nothing good to say about this place. We checked out because we didn't feel safe for a 2nd night. 1st night there were several police cars in the front and back of this place. Officers told me make sure your car is locked up and nothing in view cause it will get broken into. Drug addicts outside tweeking in the middle of the day. Carpets were stained in the room and hallways. Bathroom was nasty. Sleeped on a sleeping bag cause didn't trust this place, probably has bed bugs. Nothing positive about my stay at this hotel. Don't stay here. Learn from my mistake at staying at Greewood Inn.

    The location was great.

The location was great. The cleaning and kitchen staff were helpful and friendly. However, the desk staff were disinterested in the air conditioning not working, no hot water the second morning, no WiFi! I was there to work and had to use my mobile hot spot. No compensation for the inconveniences.

The staff was extremely helpful, the room was very spacious and the location was perfect. The check in process was the best. The girl that helped me even made me a homemade do not disturb sign since I could not seem to locate one and neither could she. She tried her best and then made me one! She is very artistic. She apologized up and down that the pool, the cleaning, etc. was not up to par because of the darn COVID, but how can we blame the hotel for that. Excellent in every way all things considered.

Absolutely terrible this hotel should be burnt to the ground, that’s the only thing that will rid the earth of this scorch of a hotel.. drug addicts everywhere, homeless everywhere throwing up, I would trust the wuhan meat market to not give me covid 19 over trusting this hotel… heck I’d trust pelosi and Gavin newsom with my gun rights before id ever stay at this hotel….

Our suite was perfect for our 5 day stay in the Denver area. We were traveling with our 2 dogs and it is wonderful that La Quinta does not charge for dogs, like so many other hotels chain. We were very relaxed the whole time we were there and the staff couldn't have been any nicer. We had a wonderful time. I would definitely stay there again!

The hotel staff are all so nice and we received a complimentary adult beverage when we checked in! we were there for a concert at Fiddlers and it's literally a 5 minute walk! my only complaint is that our room had a little bit of a cigarette smell to it but everything aside from that was truly great and convenient!

The location was not far from downtown and getting to the airport was easy given close proximity to the highway. The hotel itself is impressive with a decent fitness center and amenities. Check-in was easy and the person who helped us was super friendly and great at customer service.
