The room was spacious and clean. The kitchen facility in the room was very convenient. The fitness room was also very nice (treadmills, cable machine, bench, dumbbell set, water, and towels). Very nice breakfast with a variety of food.

I like the location, the size of the rooms, the hotel size, it's proximity relative to everywhere I'd likely travel being that all family and friends are mostly in the Kenner/Metairie area.....there's not much I don't like about the St. Rose location.

Our first room had a strange smell and after a short time we found out the A/C was leaking badly on the carpet. We were given another room, though we had to negotiate a little to get another king room (one of the main reasons we chose this hotel originally). The second room was a huge handicapped accessible room and was really nice. The bed was quite comfortable.

The staff are always lovely and accommodating. The room we stayed in on the first floor seemed yo have been redecorated and was fresh and modern. Beds are comfortable and early morning staff are always accommodating in providing us access to milk and fruit for our kids who wake up early due to jet lag.
