Nicknamed the Emerald City due to its lush greenery, Seattle is best known for its great waterfront, fantastic skyline and infamous rainy weather. In reality though, the city gets less rain a year than New York or Atlanta!
One look at Seattle’s skyline and you’re immediately drawn to its most iconic building, the Space Needle. Standing proudly at 184 metres, this major landmark features a rotating restaurant at 150 metres and was featured on numerous films and TV shows, including the classic "Sleepless in Seattle".
The Needle stands not far from the popular Pike Place Market, a public farmer’s market selling fresh produce and crafts from local farms and independent merchants. It’s also a place where Starbucks Corporation was founded in 1971, and today you can enjoy a cup of coffee in their original store!
Seattle has many popular parks and, thanks to its mild marine climate, is a great place for outdoor activities. A visit to Kerry Park to admire the best view of the city with Mt. Rainier in the background is a must!
Arriving at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, you’re only about 35 minutes from the centre of the city and whether you’re looking for a hotel with free parking or near the airport, Booking.com offers a great choice for your Seattle trip.

We basically only wanted to visit the Space Needle and Pike Market.
It turns out that one day was perfect and we left for Pier 66 the next morning to board the ship for our Alaskan cruise.
Also would like to mention that the rail system from Sea-Tac airport to downtown Seattle was excellent.

Beautiful city, chill vibes.
Beautiful city, chill vibes. Found lots of great food and lively attractions. If you’ve never been, it’s well worth a visit. There are beautiful natural spaces in and around the city that make it feel more balanced and relaxing than other cities. We visited during the weekend so downtown spaces weren’t bustling with work folks but still lively. We loved having a drink with an unbeatable view on the rotating glass floor of the Space Needle, were stunned by the beauty of Chihuly Garden and Glass and Seattle Art Museum, and found good eats and cool souvenirs at Pike Place Market. Check it out!

We had a great time in Seattle.
We had a great time in Seattle. The Museaum of Pop Culture (MoPop) was really fun for all ages. The Space Needle was fun to see. The Chihuly Glass Museaum was gorgeous! Once we parked, we walked from one to the other. Traffic was awful and you have to pay for parking in most locations.

I have been living here in Washington State since December...
I have been living here in Washington State since December 1999 and Seattle was so beautiful and enjoyable to visit, but over time the city is horrible, looks like a dump, smells like feces and garbage! Buildings look run down and the streets are filled with pot holes, garbage, homeless people and drug addicts! The crime is horrible, my daughter almost has gotten grabbed a few times of being there with us! Rent and prices are sky rocketed etc. Seattle is a horrible place to visit now a days!

The surrounding were perfect.
The surrounding were perfect. Walking distance from the Space Needle and Stadium. Nice thai food restaurants all over the city. In addition I recommend Duke's Seafood right of the pier (my need reservation).
Superbly located close to Pike Market and University Street Link Station. A really well appointed room that felt like it hadn't been designed by a corporation. The restaurant was excellent - best grilled pork chop I've ever had - and local beer on tap. Staff were all really friendly and helpful. My best recommendation is I'd stay here again if I ever return to Seattle.
Top Tip: if travelling from SeaTac Airport use the Link train - it costs $3 to University Street with a 5 min walk to the hotel. An Uber taxi will cost ~$70
Great location! Safeway is across the street! Downtown is close. And It is soo cozy, big ,comfortable apartment! Everything is clean and nice. It has everything you need - all kitchen stuff, coffee machine, washing machine, dryer. And parking!
We enjoyed our stay, it was definitely better than any hotel!
For me there wasn't enough lights, but we didn't need to work or do any reading, writing, so it wasn't a big problem.
Also, the owner is very friendly, responded very quickly on all our messages.
The double room was very clean and comfortable. It was in a great location, convienent to some restaurants, coffee shops and also included a Starbucks next store with access through the lobby. The parking was easy to access and the hotel wasn't too far from downtown and some other Seattle attractions. Could see the Space Needle from the room and rooftop deck. Also, walked to a great little place to eat, the Mecca just a block away.
Location excellent for exploring downtown and Seattle Centre.. Some restaurants, cafes and grocery stores nearby.
The hotel gives bottled water, coffee and tea which is great.
During our first stay there was a lot of constant noise outside the room from early morning.
During our second stay it was quiet.
The room was good and bed super comfortable for a good night's sleep
Nice and clean hotel with an adequately sized double room. What makes this property great though is it’s convenient location to Pike Place Market and the Waterfront. just a few blocks of walking will get you to the heart of this prime area to visit when in Seattle. Additionally, if you are taking a cruise they offer a convenient $15/person shuttle to the cruise terminal.
If you like a vintage and nostalgic hotel that is very well maintained this is the place. The staff is professional and provides excellent service. The location is in the heart of downtown Seattle close to the financial district, Capitol, Hill and the harbor. My wife and I enjoyed this hotel very much especially the food and spirits at the Polar Bear Lounge.
Location was great for my friend (her first time at the Warwick) because she wanted to swim at the hotel, visit the waterfront, and attend the Seattle Opera (the Monorail is within easy walking distance from the hotel). I had stayed at the Warwick once before and knew she would like these features. (Plus the hotel's parking garage was very handy.)
The beds were comfortable. The strategic location was good. The price was much cheaper than any other motel or hotel we could find in Seattle. There was a bus going into downtown Seattle from right outside door. There are pretty neighborhoods to walk through on both sides of hwy 99 that take you to Greenlake area.
The hotel was walking distance from a lot of
Places in downtown. The staff was so accommodating and helpful. They were so sweet and care for your safety. The room had incredible views and was clean. I will only be staying at this hotel when I go to Seattle from now on.
Cool hotel with character, a great location and a very comfortable bed. The room was large and clean, the staff was great and helped provide recommendations when needed, and it was easy walking distance to all of downtown Seattle. Would definitely stay here again.
Interesting and tasteful décor throughout the hotel; very friendly and welcoming desk staff; comfortable room, which matched amenities advertised. The location is terrific for access to Downtown Seattle, Pike Place Market, and Capitol Hill!
The best feature of this hotel is the location - right in the heart of the University Of Washington (Seattle) district, next to many restaurants. Perfect location for vising UW! Everything is in a walking distance.
There were less options, like no restaurant available, just a limited bar. But the location in downtown to the waterfront and activities was really great. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Fun quirky boutique hotel with a fun Vibe. Excellent location across from Pike Place Market in downtown Seattle. Nice view, great staff, overall a great experience. I would stay here again.
Location is Hotel Max’s key asset. Took the lite rail from the airport to downtown Seattle and only had a 4 minute walk. Also loved the dark club vibe of the decor.
excellent location. Just a few steps from pike place market, downtown, target, train and waterfront. Nice American restaurant- very good burger and not expensive.
We love the location in Queen Anne, the proximity to the waterfront, downtown and public transportation along with the rooftop deck.... housekeeping was terrific
Elegant, old style hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. My room was clean and very comfortable. Great location in downtown Seattle. Would happily stay again!
