I live in Valencia city centre and whenever my parents come to visit, they love to stay at the beach and I stay with them. The beach is very nice and you can enjoy walks down to Malvarrosa beach or in the other direction to Port Saplaya which is very beautiful.There is a bus stop right outside the resort which takes you into the city centre. There are some lovely restaurants about 5 minutes walk along the seafront. The apartment is a great size and the main bedroom is big with a patio door opening onto the balcony. The balcony is a good size with great views of the beach and is perfect to eat outside. We stayed in the penthouse which has a very big roof terrace, perfect for sunbathing with great views of the pool and the sea. The building is very clean and the staff are very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this property and I look forward to staying again soon.”

The apartment itself was not big, but there was space for everything. It is nice to have a fridge and some equipment for cooking. We were mainly out for eating, but having quick breakfast with fresh products from the near Central Market was definitely a plus.
We were with a small kid, but the apartment is also very good for a big young company, who want to save on bed while in Valencia.
The manager Gabriela also arranged an airport transfer for us, which was the key reason to choose Orange Flats, as we were travelling from Castellon Airport (100km). She is very kind for any requests, and pretty relaxed for everything.

Left at 4.45am for airport and taxi was easy enough to get from the main plaza ... a 2 minute walk. „A quick phone call to Maria (who spoke faultless English) to say that we’d arrived at the train station was all that was needed to arrange a meeting at the apartment. The well-appointed kitchen means that you could stock up at the Central Market – one of the best food markets I’ve ever seen - and cook it back at the apartment. There is plenty of hanging space for clothes, as well as a washing machine (including detergent) & iron. The bed is extremely comfortable and the bedroom is at the back of the apartment so there is no noise from the street at the front (although it is a relatively quiet street). There is efficient reverse cycle air-conditioning (which we used for heating when required) as well as central heating (which we didn't need). Unlike other reviews, we found there were toiletries and sufficient toilet paper for our 6 night stay. We also found the wi-fi to be reliable. In short, this has been a perfect place to stay and we will definitely look to stay here on our next visit to Valencia.”
