Located right on the beachfront in St Lawrence Gap, Yellow Bird Hotel offers an outdoor pool, a sun deck and a poolside restaurant and bar. The view was beautiful! The room was spacious and super comfortable. Location was perfect for my family to bring me food so no complaints.

This hotel is located on the beautiful Dover Beach, on Barbados’ south coast. It offers 2 outdoor pools, 2 tennis courts and air-conditioned rooms with a private balcony or patio. From the moment we arrived we felt relaxed and welcomed. We loved the tradition charm of the property. Staff were amazing - so friendly and helpful. The location is superb and facilities excellent. Little touches like afternoon tea by the pool, rum welcome party and Prosecco for my birthday all added to our amazing experience.

Everyone we talked to was a repeat guest which tells you a lot of about this lovely beachfront hotel in the St Lawrence Gap. The staff were friendly and very accommodating, and the location was great, with lots of restaurants within walking distance. Although the beach in front is small, it offers lovely crystal turquoise water, perfect to cool off from the hot Bajan sun. Plus, if you would like a larger walkable beach, just walk out the front door and in a few minutes, you're at Dover Beach. We have already booked to go back next year!

The property is ideally located on a beautiful beach and has great access to the very safe and welcoming area of St Lawrence Gap where you can really get involved in the local nightlife. The suites were immaculately clean and extremely well appointed. All 4 restaurants serve great quality food from fine dining to more beach bar fare available. The biggest stand out feature of this hotel though are it’s staff who cannot do enough for you during your stay. Every single member of staff from Housekeeping to the bar staff to the guys that look after the beach like Gino are exceptional. Our experience ambassadors Abigail and Shiloh were absolutely first class and arranged a number of trips, reservations and transport for us during our stay with consummate professionalism. Big thanks also to Dwayne, Ronaldo, Karlos and Darrien who are exceptional bar staff and genuinely nice guys. You absolutely cannot go wrong staying here. We were here for 2 weeks and has been the only hotel in our experience where we were genuinely sorry to leave by the end of the holiday.

Offering a garden and garden view, Blue Haven Holiday Apartments is situated in Christ Church, 200 metres from Dover Beach and 700 metres from Maxwell Beach. Very clean room, fully equipped, good wifi and a/c. In close proximity to St. Laurens Gap where there are many options for dinning and bars, as well as Dover beach. Transportation was easy both with taxis and buses as there is near a bus stop to go to Bridgetown.
