Elle a tout fait pour nous faciliter le séjour : pickup à l’aéroport, achat de billets de train qu’elle a payé et que nous lui avons remboursé par la suite, commande d’un taxi pour nous amener à la gare pour partir à Dali. De plus, l’hôtel, d’architecture très originale, est très propre et décoré avec goût.

Situé au cœur de Kunming, le Cachet Boutique Kunming Artime propose des chambres somptueuses avec un intérieur élégant et confortable. The hotel is chic and clean, location was convince, and have some Nice cafe and restaurants around, the neighbourhood are safe. Super friendly staff especially king and Oliver the manger. They really take care of you. And the room is chic and the amenity was great too .

L’établissement Kunming Spring City Boutique Hotel est idéalement situé dans le centre de Kunming. Location is great. Near everything. The bathroom and toilet are clean with ample toiletries and lots of towels! Bed is super comfy and I love the big window in the room as I can see the beautiful blue sky and decided I should not waste such a lovely day 😅😅 And the staff are hospitable, too! They can't speak English very well but the important thing is that they try their best to communicate with me, and always send me their regards plus well wishes 🙆🙆🙆

This was our first stop in Yunnan and I have to say the hotel was amazing! It must be quite new, as everything still looks very sparkly! Rooms are super functional, nice size and very pretty. Every restaurant we went was great! The breakfast buffet is amazing! We had a buffet dinner there for New Year's Eve and it was super good too. Once we had a small snack in the lobby lounge on the ground level and the food was also fantastic and so was the staff! Bonus points for the next door shopping mall which is very cool too. Would definitely recommend when in Kunming.

What I liked about the property are the staff who are very professional, courteous and are more than willing to help when we needed help. Also what we enjoyed about the property were all the amenities it had to offer.

A great place to stay before catching the train to somewhere else. The room decor had a really nice minimalistic charm about it, and the breakfast was well priced with a lot of good choices.

The room was nice, met our expectations and we also enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The location was good, a lot of food available and shopping next store was fun to explore.
