Great hotel for city break and longer stay. Perfect location. Very comfortable bed. Tasty and fresh breakfast. Nice thing is floor heating in bathroom (especially, if is winter outside) Exceptional lobby stuff-Jana.

Hotel Romantik U Raka se nahaja v središču Prage, le 600 m od trga Hradčanské Náměstí, 8 min hoje od praškega gradu in v bližini številnih parkov ter vrtov. Ponuja brezplačen WiFi. Everything was excellent, arrived early and was able to leave our bags and go sight seeing until the room was available. Staff very friendly and always happy to help with anything that we needed. The Hotel is at the edge of the city, this did mean that walking into the city center meant that we walked passed almost all of the major attractions without having to look for them. Walk to the palace on Sunday morning and happened to see the changing of the guards at 12pm which was an additional bonus. Walking into the center is no problem as mostly down hill, walked back once and then decided to use Uber (+/- 6 euros) to return to the hotel on the following days to avoid the hill :)

On top of the old town, in a very quiet zone. Near the Monastery's brewery and restaurant, 5 minute walk from the palace. The garden is peacefull and has a great view of the city, the breakfast is very good and plenty.
