Exceptional service. The 2 person I met at the reception weher very nice, made sure I had everything I needed (and beyond) all with a beautiful smile. Comfortable room which was kept very clean. Not far from River, Xmas Markets and train station. Tram stops just outside the hotel.. Continental breakfast with lots of choice. Couldn't ask for more.
