This hotel is Germany’s oldest guesthouse and is located right in the old town of Freiburg in the beautiful area between the Schwabentor (Swabian gate) and the cathedral. Excellent location in town, very helpful gentleman at reception (sorry I don't know his name) but he helped with booking luggage storage.

Located in the heart of Freiburg, the family-run Central Hotel offers comfortable rooms with free breakfast, and a cozy bar. The Münster (cathedral) and university are a 3-minute walk away. Great location and very easy parking. The breakfast was rich and everything was good. The service was perfect

Located conveniently in the center of Freiburg im Breisgau, Hotel am Rathaus has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. Location was excellent from r travel to that city. Breakfast and staff were great and helpful.

A fine dining restaurant, free internet access, an indoor pool and a well-equipped gym are offered at this luxury hotel, located in Freiburg’s historic Old Town. Had a small issue with bathroom, but it was corrected immediately.

The family-run Gasthaus Löwen is located conveniently in the Old Town of Freiburg im Breisgau, 328 feet from the Freiburg Minster. Most of Freiburg is pretty but this location is especially so. The people at reception and breakfast were very welcoming and friendly as well as patient with my Germenglish. The room was good for me, comfortable and with a nice enough view. It was easy to come and go.

Hotel & Restaurant Sichelschmiede is attractively set in the center of Freiburg im Breisgau, and has a restaurant, free WiFi and a bar. Absolutely delightful! The location was excellent- walking distance to the Bahnhof, located right in the alstadt and there was easy access to hiking trails and scenic landmarks in the Black Forest! Everyone was very friendly and the restaurant was great. Would definitely stay here again, we had a wonderful time!
