Breakfast was fantastic and the staff amazing. Even the parking garage was clean, well-lit and provided easy access to the hotel once you’ve parked.

Very nice hotel in industrial design! We brought our dog and as always she got a bowl and some dog treats that she was very happy about. The breakfast is delicious and the hotel is in an area with a small park. This hotel will always be our 1st choice when we are in the area

Ten dwugwiazdkowy hotel oferuje nowoczesne, niedrogie pokoje. Obiekt położony jest w dzielnicy Altona w Hamburgu, zaledwie 20 minut jazdy autobusem od centrum miasta i zabytkowego portu. Dobra lokalizacja do "wypadów" do atrakcji w mieście. Przestronne pokoje. Smaczna i różnorodna oferta śniadaniowa. Plus za miejsca parkingowe w garażu położonym w pobliżu od hotelu z możliwością wielokrotnego wjazdu i wyjazdu w ciągu dnia.

Situated 1.8 km from Volksparkstadion, Mercure Hotel Hamburg am Volkspark offers 4-star accommodation in Hamburg and has a bar. All was perfect. Very helpful staff. Very clean. Breakfast great. Easy to get downtown. Close to the bus stop. But most importantly, great value. And a great surprise that for the kid of 13 is free of charge. Would come again for sure.

Everything is done with love- stylish and modern rooms. Supportive staff- you can get the answer on all your requests on watsapp quickly. You can also find a luggage storage room free of charge for the hotel guests, WC( floor -1)- it’s really cool when you need to leave your heavy suitcases while waiting for your train or flight after the check-out time ( at 11:00), we were happy to have such a possibility. And even laundry room, rest room and gym ( but I can’t tell more about it, as we used just a luggage storage room). Our room was immaculately clean, well-designed and organized with all necessary stuff. Small kitchen space is really nice with kitchen utensils, microwave, kettle, ceramic stove, fridge and krups capsule coffee machine (even some travel size sachets with olive oil, salt, pepper, tea bags, sugar and Nespresso capsules). Some bottles of drinking water were also provided. Wi-fi is stable and high speed. We liked the location very much- just 10 min walk to S- bahn( and 3-5 stops to the center city), also bus stops to different directions. We’ll be happy to stay here again!

Obiekt Lagom - Apartments an der Barclays Arena znajduje się w dzielnicy Lurup w miejscowości Hamburg i oferuje ogród. The apartment was in a great location next to the park. It was spacious and comfortable. Irene was very friendly and helpful. I had a fantastic time staying here and I recommend it to others.
